JMO, the Failure lied about the 2 year restriction, per 144a, it is a 12 month tacking period. Regardless, I think the restricted share holders are going to find out how difficult it is to clear restricted shares for pink penny stock. The mainstream brokers are not going to accept the certs for deposit, the holders will need to open accounts at firms like Scotsdale, pay all the fees to clear and trade the stock.

Will see how they react to the difficutlies of getting their stock tradeable.
