As I understand it, they are trying to get it registered with NY Stock Exchange. Has not been approved yet. They want $10.00 per share but don't mention how many authorized shares the new company will start off with. Like you, I have a little over 12 million shares which gives me 169 shares or in other words a major shaft job.
Time to start a class action lawsuit.
