IMO - Pretty dumb to send out a PR when you're diluting. Just shows the company has more interest in creating hype to sell shares than create shareholder value. Hence, why the PPS is almost in trips. This is why 99.9% of OTC companies suck. I would guess they have no intention on getting current, if they did, the last filing would not have been 2022. Just another OTC share selling SCAM, like most OTC P&D
