This post needs to be front and center when management is confronted. Let’s not let them weasel out of explaining why they did this and what additional excuses they come up with. This confrontation needs to be direct and extremely uncontrollable for this staff. No need for people to be mean and hateful towards them because after all they are human and humans make mistakes. But they have missed way to many deadlines to have made millions and millions of dollars in undeserved salaries. Major pay cuts need to be implemented ASAP!
