The next court decision release date....

"The next decision release date, unless otherwise ordered by the court, will be approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the February term, which commences on Tuesday, February 20, 2007, and concludes on Friday, March 2, 2007. When the Court has determined the date for release of decisions following the February term, that date will be posted on this site."

Well, I think that last year (2006) they released decisions on the day that they went back into session. This year's comparable date would be tomorrow. Hope we hear the results then instead of waiting till two weeks after March 2, 2007. It would seem to me that they must have a decision by now and if that were true, they could release it tomorrow.

Dread, seeing as you were there, do you have any comment?
