ITMC is up to date on all required filings so anyone should be able to buy it at any broker like TD Ameritrade, e-Trade, etc. The company just got its new attorney letter filed at OTC Markets and they also got the "Shell" designation removed (probably because they completed their recent merger with the European company). These steps take time and cost money so it is encouraging to see the progress being made here. Looking for news updates next.
