which exchange requires a 3 year audit to up list. I can not such a requirment on eitther NASDQ or AMEX. SP on NAz is now $4 and AMX is $2. I could not find any requiremnyt that it must be a 3 year audit. The main requirement is the share price which can vary if the company has positive earnings vs a loss.

At this time it is the market which is doubting BMXI posted earnings. A quarterly audit would disclose if they have actual profits and how much they hold in cash and or retainded ore vs what they have in expenses both current and deferred
