It took a lot of time but be sure they had a lot of talks with big fishes.The point is ..they had to decide what is in the best interest for the shareholders and for themselves as they hold many shares themselves.If you know the value of a car you sell which costs 30.000USD and someone comes with cash and says i give you now 18.000.....would you sell it ? Or knowing you can get 40% more money wait for someone else ?
