Yes, I agree with the Torvec company statements
on that topic, and for that matter on all the topics.
My point was that the company will be in a much better position to hold value if the court case that is being heard in Michigan will have a favorable ruling. This is an enhancement that would serve all inventors very well including the inventors at Torvec.
On your point of a 26.4% increase, that was the results of the test at the 30 MPH rate. I like to think of that as a 35.87% increase not a 26.4% increase. It is a glass half full, half empty concept.
You see the 26.4% is the percentage that the IVT decreased the fuel usage as compared to the 4 speed transmission's fuel usage.
While the 35.87% is the percentage that the 4 speed transmission increased the fuel usage as compared to the IVT's fuel usage.
These are exactly the same test results only as stated in a different way.
They mean the same thing, so, I think of it as a 35.87% betterment, not a 26.4% betterment.
