So, the stock price will be reduced by $1.75 the day after x dividend date? How is that possible if the share price is less than a dollar, as it is now? Does HNRC just dissolve, leaving us with just the new WDHI share distribution? Also, can the HNRC shares be sold now, and still receive the WDHI distribution at the end of May?
