All Vakser tickers are suddenly "subsidaries" of AURI in this "strategic, multi year, vertically integrated, roll up"???

But even though each subsidiary will "continue to trade under their own trading symbol... their (non-existent) revenues (will) report under the Holding company, Auri Inc. The combined market cap., and all revenues will be credited to Auri Inc., as the owner"??? And--

"The company plans to have all acquisitions and “roll ups” completed by July 2023, and
prepare to file for NASDAQ in early fall 2023"??? And---

The "I could not be more excited" Josh Lowe (47) --owner of comatose BRB Concepts-- "has been named President of Evap Inc." --the worthless, failed dirty frack water scam) is already a subsidiary of AURI. So unless he's gonna be running AURI this announcement seems pointless.

So to recap--- Eddie still runs everything from a house he doesn't own that he claims is a converted co-shared "audio visual studio space" ---a business he is either not involved in or is operating privately and likely illegally charging the expenses to shareholders.

So how exactly can multiple PUBLICLY TRADED tickers possibly go up in value if all their revenue is sucked up by the parent "holding company" along with their market caps???

As I understand it, "holding company" AURI would only be entitled to book the portion of revenues from "subsidiary" tickers based on the number of shares it actually OWNS in those tickers...not ALL of them. Each of them has hundreds of shareholders in addition to Eddie Vakser. Now if HE wants to funnel HIS thru AURI then that's his business.
