Yeah, itll take a month or so to get qualified by the SEC, but it will happen provided this doesnt get CE or something by then. Then Carnes will dilute the crap out of this and funnel the money right into his account under the guise of "Marketing and Advertising" or "Administrative Fees" for years. Hes been doing it with Lenny Greene on INKW for years.
