News flash, turns out you are right, a Spac can buy and merge with $SIRC.
How do I know for sure?
News out Friday night that Shmp is being bought by a Nasdaq blank check-Spac. Stock was up 38% this morning.
I saw no reason for it not to be possible, but that kind of proves it.

Will one take over $SIRC? Time will tell

What I do know is shorts on $SIRC are getting out house lessons for day 6 now LOLLOLssss
