Oh I don't think that dilution is over by any means, they may get the float back up to about 250-300 million, it all depends on how they are using the money generated.
The 30 Billion authorized may be for the prevention of hostile takeover, but if their plans are succeeding it's all good, if not, we can all expect to lose whatever amount we have used to play this stock.
