Not sure what you are getting at. At the opening of trading on bell ringing day, Niocorp was marked at 8.20. It dropped significantly in the morning at one point down 34%. The stock price was marked up the previous day near the close to dress it up for the opening. That was a red flag was from the start.While the team and Lurch were up on stage cheering on their accomplishment , the price took a nosedive.

Now every day the stock moves up or down on 100 share lots. No liquidity means no participation. Large investors will wait for the FS to make a decision on taking a stake. No idea when that will be issued in a PR.
