No. I do know that VPER is not a reputable "smart city" company. They have not installed a single pole and have never produced any detailed information on their platform and how it works. They have listed some features, but have never actually shown a functional prototype outside of some pictures of a light or a housing. What does the UI look like? Is there a UI or is this designed to just work with third party management systems? Why does one take so long to install?
