When the stock ran upto $29. he (Few) wasn't with FCEL I believe
he was annointed in Nov-Dec,2021,,and if given shares then, might have been under some time restriction before he could sell.
Now of course its too late and he doesn't need the money. He's on a $4+ million salary and that doesn't include any raise he got recently.

the institutions must be quite angry with this dilution effort. After all, the'll see their value cut in half after having seen it drop even more on the way down. small shareholders are livid as well.
If he can't get this done, junk bonds at a high rate could be coming; and a R/S is very likely as well.
