I thought VPER was an international powerhouse? Middle east, Sri Lanka, Africa.
Bleeding edge smart "city" company that has taken almost 5 years to install ONE POLE.
Market sure seems to care. Maybe the dilution is the overriding factor to NOT buy the stock.
