So if i understud you currect the S-1 is a good indection of a coming uplist to the Nasdaq
But inorder to trade there you need a min. pps and a min. avg. volume right?
So i guess if there is news it will come before uplisting to reach the min. criteria.

but what about KBLB valuation?
if there are about 1,033,374,219 Shares Outstanding and, lets say the pps could go to 5$.
you'll have a company worth .... more that 5,000,000,000$....that is without any RS....
Well i can not understand this due to high amaount of shares, with all due respect to kblb and its planes ... care to make some sence into it?
