PAHRUMP, NEVADA May 1, 2023 (OTC MARKETS) A1 Group, Inc. (the Company or AWON) would like to announce that it has completed audited financial statements and notes thereto for FYE December 31, 2022 and 2021.



With the Audit completed, the Company is now eligible to make an application with OTC Markets, Inc. to make the move from Pink Sheet Current to an OTCQB listing. As part of this OTCQB application process the Company may be expanding its board of directors and putting in place other required corporate governance changes to expedite this up listing to OTCQB.
