I'm sure some have seen this before but The PTAB Judges are unconstitutional and the director Review which is what Director Vidal is currently doing in the Netlist Samsung Case is the only reason they exist in their current form. Let's hope they screw up a few more times and maybe we can get rid of that monstrosity completely. Maybe that is why Director Vidal issued an order into Discovery against Google and Samsung. Maybe they need a few examples of Director Review fixing an OBVIOUS PROBLEM that everyone knows exists.

Timing is everything and it looks to me like Netlist is at the right place and time in history to smack the PTAB with a little justice.
