if fcel did a r/s and upped their pps to 10 bucks, all they would need to dilute is 25 mil shares...

i think the problem is, the company knows very well that shareholders FULLY understand the very simple issue...

if fcel has been adding YEARS to their estimate of relatively small project completions and, in some instances, STILL failing to go on line with the estimated amount of power generation, then maybe diluting the crap out of shareholders to after huge contracts really isnt the way to go...

stumbling along and failing to fulfill the terms in smaller contracts and then wanting 500 mil more shares to dilute to go after huge contraccts is not how business or investing works...
