I have had a really bad experience with this company… we did a wire transfer for over $5000.00 for their leadX products on 08/17 after the money was transfer, we accommodated our schedule waiting for the delivery of the materials, they were full excuses for reason why it didn’t arrive on time, from mistakes when mixing the product to issues with their suppliers and issues with transportation, regardless we waiting and gave them many chances hoping to use their materials but every time I contacted them for an update, they always had a new excuse for not delivering the materials, after waiting for over a month they didn’t deliver the materials and we had to move on with a different company, on 09/21/21, I requested a refund for the wire transfer I made and as of today 11/16/21 they still giving excuses for not refunding the money, we didn’t get to try the quality of their products but their costumer service doesn’t care at all for their clients and for that simple reason I doubt their products are good quality. Also their warranty only covers for 5 years on exterior lead problems for the price I honestly don’t believe it’s worth it, ProLeadDefender is less than 50% on price and did a magnificent job. I totally recommend this product instead. So I guess this company changed their name from Synavax to Syneffex- their old name has really bad reviews on the BBB page.
