It is coming. Ok Mark has taken some heat for things he tried or thought were an opportunity to move ahead by folks that did not have the best interest or could not provide what they said they could do .. and it did not pan out.

So how many honest , Private CEO's get off the planned path when they enter the notarious OTC Markets Land, Many indeed. He has not given up , could have just said , will stay private and do what I have done over the past Thirty Years. However still has a plan and it is solidfied now .

Keep in mind , just because the Merger has not been completed, EES/FEN have been moving ahead on the marketing and for sure Terreplenish is in the Marketplace now and gaining in exposure in sales as it is being made and distributed now.

Now if it did not happen in the time frame someone wanted, well that is really part of investing. Either support it , or do not be surprised by bashing that it keeps folks turned off.

What are you going to do out there when the Merger Happens and good news with a strong Catalyst(s) comes, get on the bandwagon and say "I Knew he could do it, with finetuned plans and better support members". Cmon , you can do it now , start changing your ways.
