I said SS wouldn’t make to the jury. They was either conned by their legal team or couldn’t reach common ground with NLST. Can’t get re-dos so here we are. Judge and Jury has plainly stated their fate. Looking at 1 billion +.

Appeals options are dwindling due to a seasoned Judge crossing all the T’sand dotting all the I’s. So on a scale of 1-10, SS is a 1, worse than ever. Billions dollars settlement with injunctions topped with needing license agreement.

Nothing worth a bench trail, in my opinion. We’ll see how it works out.

We’ll see if they maintain their current counsel? I wouldn’t.
