There was no speculate, Suggest, Insinuate, Innuendos, just one very well thought logical reason to consider based on the termination of the Reg A, a very real true factual event.

After all it did happen and there are consequences. $25,000 at least was spent for nothing gained. No speculation, insinuation, Innuendo. His business plan based on the Reg A to reduce debt, Etc, can't happen now. No speculation, insinuation, Innuendo


Must be hard to accept if one looks up to Eric as a great businessman and makes such disastrous blunders. I get it. Coping situation.


Since it's stated that the purpose of the Reg A was to satisfy his creditors, investment lenders and commercial lenders and since it's now not happening, one can certainly wonder if he ( Eric ) is close or has defaulted on loans. Makes very logical sense to consider.
