BIG QUESTION for this weekend: Who will settle first?

SAMSUNG facing the bench trial where Netlist will ask for injunctions and knowing that an appeal has very little chances ?
- or -
MICRON facing injunctions in the European Union (next week hearing, verdict 4-7 weeks later) and knowing that following the 303 Mio verdict against Samsung, they will face the same or even worse (having infringed the same patents for many more years)

For us, it matters little. Buy some popcorn and beer, sit down, make it yourself comfortable, add some pieces of Netlist-Gold nuggets and see who settles first. If I was one of them, I would hurry to ensure that Hong and Sheasby will be available to talk, before the other does.
