when my son was in middle school i introduced him to the stock market and showed him how ecsl would run from the low .20's... on air, or no news, to well over a dollar. he was fascinated and wrote a paper on the subject later in high school. we opened a custodial acct for him with etrade and he followed my lead. sure, he didnt buy like i did, but, he mirrored me and repetition was a great teacher. we did our ecsl trading six times. the last time was march 2020 when ecsl was at .08. they are called ''free shares'' as each time it went up over a dollar....with no news evident, we both sold and sat, waiting for ecsl to retrace. it always did, ...until lots of news on this run up from .08 to 1.24 settling now at .78. and we wait, both of us, patiently. teaching my son patience has been difficult for sure.....we all want instant gratification. this has been the longest wait on ecsl for me and definitely for my son. my son has a small fraction of shares that i have. he took only the principle out each time and invested in cryptos and of course ecsl at the new low....and is doing well. something to do while we wait on our ''free ecsl shares'' to mature, with the ecsl land closing we all are waiting on. he could have at anytime sold and bot a new corvette and been the envy of everyone in his high school. he did not. he has held and we expect both of us to do exceptionally well. then he can buy that corvette and park it at his beach front home in florida....unless he decides on buying an island .

The difference between genius and stupidity is, Genius has its limits.
