Striper, I'm hoping he hammers them regardless of what they put in their 10 page submission. I don't like the fact that Gilstrap's record isn't stellar when it comes to enhanced damages. Frank from Yahoo posted the max is about 20% if he does render anything.

In this case, he needs to send a message to all three clown companies using Scamscum as an example. Just my opinion. Any enhancement would be nice. however, these companies are trying to circumvent patents they have "no work around". They are trying to use the PTAB in saying the wording of a patent (the 912) means something it does not mean (PTAB bought and paid for) spinning the wording to mean something else. Total B S. They full well know what it means. This was examined in the original patent filing way back when. Now they interpret it as something different.

130 patents NetList holds, some seminal, and how many do I think are being used by GooGoo right now~? Many~! Scamscum and Micrumb provide some interesting technology to GooGoo servers and products. How much of it is infringement on NetList. Probably all of it. But still the Clown Cartel doesn't even want to pay licensing fees.
They feel they aren't infringing like they are entitled, for example Micron, and that their technology is unique, yet can only provide generalizations as to the different signals to and from the command module to the RAM, Micron ambiguous explanation that it is all one yet nevr expain the commands for delay or access to the RAM. (trying to remember what Hargrave was talking about).

It will be what it will be. I guess he is giving them one last chance to make amends or one last time to hang themselves. They have already admitted under oath they need NetList patents. That there is no "work around". For me that about seals the deal.

I think too, that Judge Gilstrap is trying to make an appeal less appealing. He may be saying that enhancements to damages are coming your way Scamscum, make your submission as to why they should not. Live with what I render though. an appeal will be out of the question, you have made your submission already. The jury award plus whatever I decide in enhanced damages.

Funny and unusual for him to do this. I think this is his way of saying "please, no appeal", this has gone on long enough and the jury indicated you as guilty. Interesting ...........

I dunno....... we'll see. If they push NetList down to ~$3.50 I will possibly grab a few more. Just cannot resist.

This is Qualcomm, but much much larger in scope in my opinion.

NetList baby~!
