Market makers can’t allow the price to get down to low or insiders won’t be able to continue to sell into the market. They have to keep the price up just enough that insiders can keep selling shares and being that half of the subscription investors or people involved in finance. I’m sure they have connections with the market makers to make it happen. Of course this is just my opinion like everything I say.
