It was approved but not finalized.There is a difference,read the transcript.All motions must be finalized before the shares can be cancelled.Then the company will,through a transfer agent,issue a date when the shares are to be cancelled.We are a long way from that.I've seen this take up to a year before it's all said and done.Not saying that's the case here,but we are a long way away from the shares being removed.Good luck and good trading.
