I wonder if anyone is naive enough, or gullible enough, to actually buy Monday based on what would be inside information of the news of a closing being announced next week. I guess credibility might enter into one's decision. Maybe someone will get a denial or confirmation from either Mills or Lawrence before then.

Word is the deal is closed!!!! Announcement early next week!!
