Nope. The numbers are clear and were shown on the link that I provided. There really isn't a way to spin that sort of sell to buy ratio as being a good thing.
Even more telling is the absolute silence of the company related to their offering and alleged uplist, it's as if they couldn't care less about keeping their shareholders up to date and informed. Who does that?

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
