The first offering was B preferred stock at $1.00. He had to scrap that and start all over
Second one, was common stock at 0.000.3
He just spent too long on it getting it done, that by the time it was, it had no value
Started in July, 5 1/2 months later SEC qualified only, not State level. Offering at 0.000.3. Current Share price less than 0.000.3. No value. My opinion. Confirmed by it being ended. A lot of money spent, wasted, my opinion.
