It has everything to do with ECSL, they are not willing to move forward. Any Company is moving fast forward so they can get income ASAP, if it is a fast food restaurant or any other Buisiness. The CEO and Mr. Mills are not interested to close and just living of our money and playing them game. Here on the board what really looks like that they are on the payroll to spread false information. I got dragged into this by those people to buy more shares and now in the hole, a very unhappy investor on this side.
