This will help them move those 13 BILLION shares. May also get them through a reverse split.
This APPEARS to definitely be progress, but I'm still skeptical. I believe the location is correct, but that fiber could be being pulled for any number of reasons. While I believe it is likely for VPER's pole, I'm skeptical that any progress will be made. They announced they ordered that fiber connection YEARS ago. They have not posted anything showing a working product or user interface. Is there system just providing data to third party software package? How does it work? What SPECIFICALLY does it do? If they have a complete product, this pole should be up and functional in days. There is no reason the thing shouldn't be 100% ready to go. It will need to be mounted and plugged in, but that's it. The company has provided no timeline on completion aside from "2,000 poles by the end of 2022" or whatever they said. Now they don't even have one pole complete and their target date is the end of 2024.
And yes, just because there is physical fiber laying there, doesn't mean Comcast is going to be done with their portion right away. They can drag this out for a week or 5 with subcontractors to terminate the fiber, then get equipment there and everything tested. That buys VPER a little more time to claim delays that aren't their fault.
What an amazing company.
