Nukkleus Inc (NUKK) , has now become SEC Delinquent Reporting in OTC Markets , due to either not filing the proper documents or not following Filing Guidelines as described in detail under the Pink Basic Guidelines in OTC Markets . which can be seen on this link or by contacting OTC MARKETS .

It appears that the Annual Information has been filed, however it is not accompanied by an Attorney Letter or in the Prescribed OTC Format. Due to this it has not only become SEC Delinquent Reporting , but has also lost it's Pink Current (TIER LEVEL) and can not be traded on the OTC Markets Format.
