AVOI rising steadily after change of control this week..

AVOI was bought for $305,682 and those funds were then used to pay off all the debt of the company, so now there is Zero Debt.

The company is fully SEC current, and all filings are up-to-date.

At this time the OS is maxed out, and no new shares can be issued: Authorized: 548M, Outstanding 548M.
