$NLST I see this May, 30th bench trial as Judge Gilstrap's way of letting Samsung try to lie for two more hours, which I think they know wouldnt be wise, or more likely, for their words to be more of admissions. So he can then cross his T's and dot his i's in his final judgement in favor if Netlist, and make it much less likely to be appealed. Why else would he be calling this bench trial? We know who has the patents. The judge already told the jury they are valid. We know who has the truth. Just something else to look forward too! Up, up and away we go!!!
