First of all, your first sentence makes no sense.
With every market there will be stocks up and stocks down. I just looked and the (indexes) or indices are all up.
What I said has nothing to do with Mike's or your reply. A unit is a security that is made up of one common share and half a warrant. or can be share units.

What I said is below.
