Two questions for management:

1) Where was the competitive tension that should have existed since 2019. Where did all the other debt packages disappear to when the prime counterpart decided to not invest. What was their reason for bailing after telling you the funds were imminent.

2) How much did GXII provide in service to Niocorp besides giving up their company. How much were Kehler and others given in shares and how much did they pay for them.

BOD seats are also an issue but that is low in priority. How did Nio shareholders get screwed out of their shares and now GXII holds close to 40% of the shares outstanding. Retail took all the risk and in the end got the shaft. I am sure the Nebraskans are seething right now along with the rest of us. I will exclude the Belgian contingent because they never seem to lose.
