Wagner: I will re-post my post from yesterday morning in response to your inquiry, but also want to point out that the infusion of the additional $2 Million has noting to do with any paid promotion as you suggested earlier today. I see no evidence of any paid promotions here. My post from yesterday:

I sent an email inquiry in yesterday and got this response back from Jim Sims. Sorry for my delay in posting but his response came in when I was on the golf course yesterday afternoon.

This institutional investment firm wanted to take a significant position in NioCorp – approximately 1% of the Company -- and they are known as long-term investors. This is exactly the type of firm that we want to have investing in the company. This particular investment will be seen by many larger investment firms as a bullish sign for investing in NioCorp, especially given the difficulty that many other prospective mining companies have today in raising funds in this market environment. This is a very good development.

With regard to the Yorkville equity financing facility, that will be available to us once some S-3 filings we have made at the SEC are made effective by the SEC.

As I believe all NioCorp investors understand, construction of our $1.2B critical minerals mine and processing facility in Nebraska will require a large amount of both equity and debt financing. The equity financing will involve the issuance of a large number of new shares in the company, almost always at or about market pricing at the time of transaction. This is how mines such as ours get built and how we unlock value for investors in this project.

Thx,

Jim Sims
