Legally, Ballas now finds himself between a rock & a hard place. He has to decide how to address the GPL debt on the books. He has to address it. He can't ignore it. Otherwise the shareholders can inform the SEC that UBQU continues to hold GPL debts/notes on its books. But if GPL is the largest note holder, he should have already retired those notes per an earlier PR.
