If the $120M deal is true? this stock.could see a $1 fast but more likely it is not based on this CEO's bad history. He run multiple tickers, both diluted to the max followed by several reversed split causing the stock price to plunge that wiped out everyone's investment. This CEO is shameless, and one og the biggest crooks in OTC.
