After reading through some of the Seobythesea.com that someone posted yesterday tremendously long but also fascinating (encourage newbies to read) It’s amazing how Netlist way back in in 2008 or earlier I believe were creating amazing memory products that were needed by all the big tech companies, Hp, Cisco, IBM, Their dealings with Google and a company called METARAM were very revealing. As the long time investors know Jedec(the standards board)came to Netlist so that they could make their products the standard and yes it meant that Nlst became the gatekeeper just like Qualcomm was. YES it also meant that you had to pay royalties to NLST, thats how it works. Google had every chance to settle with NLST over a decade ago and chose not to, back then it would have cost them big money but not as much as its going to cost them now. However, if you think about it, even if it they offered say $10 billion payable over the next ten years they still made out.
