I did. It seemed like the judge was clueless. The SEC lawyer had to correct him about the 14-day clock for motion for default judgement for Hemp Americana which the judge granted. The SEC also entered on Wednesday a Notice of Settlement against GPL Ventures, Dillon, et al, and asked the judge to grant Final Judgement against GPL which the judge granted as well. There was no opposition from the GPL counsel. It was a short 3 minute call,

Per the default judgement, GPL is barred for participating in penny stocks offerings fro 5 years and must cancel all outstanding convertible debt.

So i don't understand how some individuals on here can keep insisting that GPL is calling all the shots when GPL, Dillon, et al is barred by the courts.
