There has been Zero comprehension by BioAmber shareholders at all. If there was this board would be dead.
Normally I would think everyone can comprehend that the case has NOTHING to do with BioAmber or it’s former shareholders.
I’m not sure how or why BioAmber shareholders think it hasn’t been over for them for years. There is nothing coming after this case. What the parties agreed upon will not change one thing as far as BioAmber, it’s worthless shares or it’s former shareholders are concerned.
Why is it that nobody comprehends what the liquidation of an insolvent company such as BioAmber means for its shareholders when all of its creditors were left impaired? How is it that nobody comprehends THERE IS NO VALUE FOR EQUITY INVESTORS ?
