It would take 130 of those to sell their 13 billion shares.
It is going to take a heck of a lot more than that to get the pps above a penny. 20 billion shares at a penny gives them a market cap of $200 million. I don't think their paltry revenue justifies that. They can't install a SINGLE POLE. Prospects for a penny are grim. Prospects for a reverse split are many.
