In no way does any of that show that Mirage has any exlcusive right to the Brasil field or that others are barred from it.

Nott only that, butt Mirage does nott even have a protectable right in the plan that CMW has in his dusty pitchdeck. Any entity is free to either take Mirage's proposed bullshit or their own plans and work the Brasil field with~OUTT any recourse for Mirage.
