The huge issue with that is in the trial patients randomized to placebo lived longer than patients randomized to Multikine.

Slicing subgroups that can not even be identified prior to treatment is not going to change this.

Patient: So I can take this Multi-thingy, will it help?

Doc: Well, you live longer if you do not take it.

Patient: Then why should I take it?

Doc: If it turns out you do not need chemo then you might live longer.

Patient: Can you tell me if I need chemo?

Doc: No. We can guess is all.

Patient: If you tell me I probably do not need chemo, and I then take Multi-thingy, will I live longer?

Doc: We have no idea.

Patient: If I take multi-thingy and then just refuse to take chemo will I live longer?

Doc: No.
